Set high above Redhead Beach, The Artists House is a three-storey home shaped by its outlook and the easy rhythm of the coast. Designed to embrace sweeping ocean views and soft natural light, it balances a clean modern exterior with an interior that feels warm, layered, and personal.
The home unfolds level by level, with each space offering its own atmosphere while remaining part of a cohesive whole. Materials are used with intention – tactile finishes, crafted details, and subtle shifts in tone create depth without ever feeling overstated.
There are moments of surprise throughout: a junction of textures, a bespoke element, a window framing the sea. Bold gestures are softened through proportion and restraint, allowing the overall experience to feel calm, grounded, and considered.
More than a styled interior, this is a home that feels lived-in and expressive – where architecture and design come together in a way that is both welcoming and quietly distinctive.
Our scope encompassed full-service interior design, including spatial planning, bespoke detailing, material refinement, furniture, lighting and object curation – delivering a layered family home that responds to site, light and lived experience.
