More Atelier is a boutique interior design studio based in Newcastle, Australia, working across Sydney and internationally on residential, hospitality and commercial spaces.
We believe good design is something you feel before you can explain it – a sense of ease, warmth, and belonging.
That’s what we mean by designing the atmosphere: the quiet layers that shape how a space lives. Light, texture, proportion, and the space between things.
Our interiors are thoughtful and enduring, created with restraint, care and personality – never overdone, never empty.
Led by founder Keeley Baird, with over a decade in the industry, More Atelier works closely with clients across Newcastle, Sydney and beyond to create spaces that feel lived-in, beautiful, and deeply their own.

Establishing the overall design direction, spatial planning and atmosphere. -

Refining materials, finishes, lighting, furniture and bespoke elements. -

Preparing detailed drawings and specifications for pricing and construction -

Assisting with pricing, sourcing and coordination of selected items -

Liaising with consultants, suppliers and trades throughout delivery -

Final furniture, artwork and styling to complete the space
In addition to interior design, More Atelier is a multidisciplinary practice that curates and creates its own collection of home-wares, objects, and furniture.
From sculptural forms to functional pieces, everything is made with the same attention to detail and atmosphere that defines our interiors.
Designed in-house and crafted in collaboration with skilled makers, these pieces extend our vision beyond the spaces we design – allowing clients to bring the feeling of More Atelier into their everyday environments.
